Confirmation of Order
Acceptance of your order shall be acknowledged by email (providing a valid email address is supplied) and will confirm name, delivery address, value of goods to be shipped and delivery.
All monies are payable in Pounds Sterling (GBP). Payment will be made by credit or debit card using our secure online ordering system, powered by Worldpay. No goods will be dispatched until funds have cleared. All goods remain the property of Angelic Gluten Free until such time as the full amount has been received. If an instance occurs when we cannot fulfill your order, we shall contact you with the offer of an alternative comparable product, or the option to cancel the order in part or full, and at such time a refund shall be given. At no time will we store your credit or debit card details electronically or otherwise. Should you make errors in entering your order, you will have a number of opportunities to correct it prior to finally confirming and submitting the order for us to fulfill.
Delivery Costs (UK)
Angelic Gluten Free only accepts UK orders, and our delivery costs are noted below;
If you spend up to £20 on the site, your delivery costs will be charged at a standard rate of £4.50. If you spend £20 or over, your delivery will be free of charge.
After receiving your order we will email you to advise that your order has been received and is complete. All items will be dispatched by our courier, and we aim to deliver your goods within 3 working days. Delivery times are governed by our couriers, and are approximate. Orders received after 11.30am will be dispatched the following working day. No deliveries are dispatched or made on a Saturday or Sunday. Any delivery times are quoted from when the order is fulfilled and complete, to the package reaching its destination.
If you have not received an email from us within 3 working days of placing your order please contact us at email@example.com.
To use your promotional code, simply enter the code in the ‘Apply Coupon’ field provided on the ‘Basket’ page of the website. The promotional code entitles you to the percentage specified and is not available on delivery charges. To receive free delivery, your total spend must equal £20 or more, once the promotional discount has been applied to your order. The use of a promotional code can be used against items that are already discounted in the website. Any promotional offers will not affect your statutory rights.
Returns Policy- Faulty, Damaged or Unsatisfactory Products
If you are not satisfied with any product that you receive, please contact us within 5 days of receipt of delivery by email: firstname.lastname@example.org. We will be happy to arrange for the return of the product to us and send a replacement item, or offer a full refund.
Under the Distance Selling Regulations you have the right to cancel your order for up to 7 working days after the day you receive the goods. We will give you a full refund of the purchase price of the goods once the items have been returned to us in a satisfactory unopened and unused condition. You must advise us within this period of your decision to cancel the order by email quoting your order number and your decision to return the goods. Please return the unwanted items to us within 30 days of cancellation, in an unused condition and having taken reasonable care with it. You are responsible for the paying for the cost of returning the unwanted good. This policy does not affect your statutory rights.
