About Us

Here at Angelic, our mission is to create great tasting gluten free foods that the whole family can enjoy!

It all started in the kitchen in 2011, where Angelic founder Kirsty decided to create a range of tasty cookies. Having suffered from a gluten intolerance, Kirsty left her full-time job as an Accountant and baked over 200 recipes in her quest. Angelic then started selling cookies to retailers throughout the UK…soon after we couldn’t keep up in the kitchen, and moved to a dedicated free from bakery where all our goodies are now made.

Since then we’ve started making savoury biscuits, crackers and a range of ‘No Added Refined Sugar’ oat biscuits and cakes. And what’s more, not only does our range taste great, all our products are made with all natural ingredients, making life easier for everyone eating gluten free!

And so it begins…

February 2012

We launch our first range of cookies, they’re the first reduced fat gluten free cookies in the UK.

August 2012

We win our first award….our Orange Chocolate Cookies are given a big thumbs up from the Great Taste Awards!

September 2012

Our cookies are now sitting on the shelves at Wholefoods Market throughout the UK.

October 2012

The awards keep coming, and we win the ‘New Product Award’ for our cookie range at the Highlands & Islands Food & Drink Awards.

November 2012

Our cookies are traveling! We send our first products overseas to Czech Republic and Malaysia.

February 2013

We’ve now crossed the water to Ireland, and sending orders to Germany, Italy and Malta.
